3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the jadbaj platform. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. We operate a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. jadbaj reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be forfeited in full.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one jadbaj account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jadbaj reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any funds or winnings associated with them.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. You are obliged to keep this information current and to notify jadbaj promptly of any changes. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jadbaj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify jadbaj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.5 Jurisdiction

It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the jadbaj Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. jadbaj makes no representation that the Service is legal or available in any particular location. Users who access the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. jadbaj does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits are generally credited to your jadbaj Account within a few minutes of successful processing. jadbaj is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account in your own name that matches your registered jadbaj account details. jadbaj aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take longer depending on the receiving institution. jadbaj reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the jadbaj platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in Taka. jadbaj does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any cryptocurrency or foreign currency without explicit prior arrangement.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jadbaj operates in accordance with anti-money laundering principles. We reserve the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds checks on any account at any time. Where checks cannot be completed to our satisfaction, we may withhold withdrawals, restrict account activity, or close the account entirely. Any suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the jadbaj platform are final and binding once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that the details of any bet — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. jadbaj is not liable for bets placed in error by the User. Bets placed after an event has concluded or after the designated market closing time will be voided and the stake returned.

5.2 Odds and Results

jadbaj reserves the right to change odds at any time prior to bet confirmation. Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game, jadbaj's decision, based on available official data sources, shall be final and binding.

5.3 Void Bets

jadbaj reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a bet has been placed as a result of a manifest error in odds or data; (b) the outcome of an event has been affected by corrupt or fraudulent activity; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or (d) a technical error resulted in the bet being incorrectly accepted or priced. In all void cases, the original stake will be returned to the User's account.

5.4 Maximum Payouts

jadbaj applies maximum payout limits per bet and per User per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market or game interface. jadbaj reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual bet or market without providing a reason. Users who consistently win at above-average rates may have their betting limits adjusted at jadbaj's sole discretion.

5.5 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on jadbaj are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. jadbaj is not responsible for any errors or interruptions in game software caused by the game provider's systems. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided by the respective game studio.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered in full before any withdrawal request containing bonus-derived winnings will be processed. Failure to meet wagering requirements within any stated time limit will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

jadbaj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a User has met the applicable wagering requirements, any unconverted bonus funds will be removed from the account, but real-money funds and any winnings accrued from real-money play will not be affected.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Registering more than one account per person for any purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the Service if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage over other users or over jadbaj's systems.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in any game or platform feature, and failing to report such issues immediately to [email protected].
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, collusion, or fraud in connection with sports betting markets.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal financial activity through the jadbaj platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or reproduce any portion of the jadbaj platform, its odds feeds, or its game content.
• Abusing, harassing, threatening, or otherwise causing distress to jadbaj staff or other users.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.

9.1 Service Availability

jadbaj makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Service is available at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond jadbaj's reasonable control, including power outages, network failures, or force majeure events. jadbaj shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of service unavailability.

9.2 Third-Party Game Providers

jadbaj acts as a platform that facilitates access to games and services provided by third-party studios. jadbaj is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or data inaccuracies originating from third-party game providers. Any disputes relating specifically to the technical operation of a third-party game should be directed to jadbaj support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.

12.1 Closure by jadbaj

jadbaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; failure to pass identity or age verification; or any other conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other users. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a User's breach, any real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.

12.2 Closure by the User

You may close your jadbaj account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending bets must be settled and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be noted — unconverted bonus funds will not be returned upon voluntary account closure. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment account.
